A 30-minute call
You describe the process. We ask what breaks, who owns it, what the output looks like today. If it isn’t a fit we’ll tell you on the call.

A free build on your data
You share one week of real data. Within 72 hours we deliver the actual output — the report, the reply, the extract — produced by the system. You keep it either way.

We turn it on
You sign a one-page agreement. We connect the pipes. It runs on schedule from Monday, and we watch it. If it breaks, we fix it before you notice.
Questions people ask before signing
Where does my data live?
On EU servers (Hetzner, Frankfurt). Your data never trains a public model. Sub-processors are listed in the DPA: Anthropic (inference), Hetzner (hosting), Resend (email), Backblaze (backup).
What if you disappear?
Every client gets a documented handover pack on request: config, credentials list, runbook and an export of your data. You are not locked in.
Do you use AI?
Yes, where it earns its place. We name the models, name where data goes, and name what a human approves. Nothing sends to your customers without a human clicking send in the first six months.
Is this a contract?
Month-to-month. Cancel any month with 30 days’ notice. Setup is one-off; the ongoing fee covers running, monitoring and small changes.

Mellizos is one operator, based in Malta, working with SMEs across the EU. Before this I built the internal dashboard and inventory tooling for a European tech distributor, replacing a weekly Excel file that ran late every Monday.
The name means twins in Spanish — two pieces of the same thing, joined. That’s the picture: your business, and the quiet system running alongside it, handling the work that shouldn’t need someone remembering to do it.
